Hello!  Yesterday I went out and harvested my Sage and Lemon Thyme.  I hung my sage to dry and took the leaves and flowers off the Lemon Thyme.  I am soaking them in olive oil and I am going to use the oil for scenting some homemade candles!  Have you ever smelled Lemon Thyme?  I just love it!
